Newly opened in the Old Port, the Quai 417 boutique is making a name for itself in Montréal, offering exclusive creations from both local and international designers for men and women.  With bold and cutting edge urban clothing and accessories, the boutique is a showcase not only for fashion designers, but for multidisciplinary artists as well

The space, which carries a select variety of brands, offers creations from both well-known and up-and-coming designers. For women, the store carries lines such as A.F. Vandevorst from Belgium, the British company InsideOut, which specialises in digital prints on silk, and UNTTLD, a newcomer in the Québec fashion world that has already seen some of its creations on the cover of Vogue Italia.

For men, it’s DUBUC that shakes things up. With garments that accent narrow silhouettes, and his dark palette in twills and knits, Philippe Dubuc continues to prove his talent year after year. The store also sells the New York brand R13 Jeans made with Italian denim and luxurious cashmere from the Parisian line Jean Colonna.

The store also carries leather boots, bags, a variety of fragrances and a collection of unisex jewellery. The store promises to offer up even more bold and original designers by the springtime.

Quai 417 also sets itself apart from other boutiques by its unique mix of art and fashion. A meeting place for multidisciplinary artists, the boutique invites contemporary artists to appropriate the space and share their artistic vision. The reputed studio Double- Écho has had the honour of being the first artists to collaborate in the space. Don’t miss their “electrico-poetic” window display created especially for the holidays.
