In her Birthday Suit: The Salivation Army turns Twenty-Hot Years Old

It’s getting hot in here! Montréal’s own Sarah Bernard, aka 2Bmag’s chosen nakedly amitious DJ The Salivation Army gives it her all for her birthday, this Sat., Jan 28th at the RP. Free entry before 11.

Promising “a night of earth-shaking booty bass music from dancehall & hiphop to kuduro & juke,” Sarah Bernard, aka The Salivation Army (seen here from our Nov 2011 “Naked Ambitions” shoot by Keith Race) is turning some early-twenties age that belies her fame and prowess.

This fabulous queer lady is unforgettably awesome as a DJ for POMPe and Queers Pump This (familiar, hmmm?), spreading her wings at benefit parties for Radical Queer Semaine and Ethnoculture to name but a few.

Salivation Army is possessed by angels of hotness which shine upon her crowds of love-starved winter-dwellers.

While we wait for news of her upcoming album Preservation, fans will have to make do with a sweaty hot mess at the old RP with special guests Compton Chic, Bon Giovanni, and Leon Zane.
