Stylist Garrett Naccarato has been invited as the guest director of the next MEWS event by D.Y.D.H. Productions Oct. 18. His basic motifs: black & white, emblematic in the clothes by Montréal designer Pedrum Karimi and some coveted items which will be credited as “stylist’s own.” We talked to the twenty-three year-old Calgary transplant – who styled these photos with his KRUHX project before coming to Montréal in January – about fall trends, and that not so trendy question: why go into fashion?

Out and proud Malaysian designers Voon Lai and Jonathan Cheng dared to toe the line of their conservative country’s morals with an underwear campaign that some thought was almost too steamy to print. The 22nd edition of Montreal Fashion Week was made more fabulous by the presence of our new fashion bogger Kim Ninkuru. Although, many designers presented us with their most exquisite work, we couldn’t help but notice the lack of menswear. Fortunately, three designers, Dinh Ba, LYN and CIN Tailleurs caught our eye in the men’s department, along with co-ed line UNTTLD.
